TotalFlow is a prefabricated, high-capacity sheet molded perimeter drainage system constructed using a polymeric core
TotalFlow is used for below-grade relief of hydrostatic pressure over foundation and retaining walls. It is also used for sheet-applied waterproofing, blindside, and passive venting systems.
TotalFlow is highly efficient and has several advantages over a perforated pipe. These advantages are- (i) the TotalFlow section has a wider open area, thereby allowing it to intake higher water flow from sheet drains, (ii) it provides a secure flow path from the sheet drain to the high-profile section, not depending upon the field installation, and lastly (iii) it is fast and easy to install and eliminates the select backfill requirements normally required to provide strength to a perforated pipe. Thus, it can be seen that TotalFlow is very advantageous when put to use. While installing Polyguard TotalFlow vertically, the first row of the drain is to be installed at the bottom of the wall. The drain should be placed on top with the high-profile section at the bottom to facilitate high lateral water flow. The TotalFlow can be glued to the face of a post-applied sheet or fluid-applied waterproofing membrane using a 650 LT liquid adhesive, California sealant, etc.
