Well-suited for applying on a variety of substrates, this versatile strip is great for horizontal and vertical concrete structures, pipe penetrations through walls, or while casting new concrete over the old. It allows controlled volumetric expansion and reduces the risk of concrete spalling. The material retains cohesive strength at both original and expanded volume. Interestingly, this strip can also be applied to steel and plastic surfaces by using the ADCOR ES Adhesive.
Featuring controlled expansion, this excellent product prevents the need to replace the product due to premature expansion. The formula retains its original strength in both strip and expanded form. This innovative formula doesn�t even need protective steel meshing after use. Also, this robust strip allows simple overlap jointing. In addition to this, the strip provides a reproducible swell even after the wet-dry cycle.
