Polyguard Underseal Fabric Seam Tape is primarily used around pipe penetrations with an annular space of pipe through the opening of more than _ inch, in end laps, and for patching damaged areas of the Blindside and Underslab waterproofing membranes. It is also wound onto a disposable silicone-treated release sheet to prevent the adhesive from sticking onto itself while still in the roll. The material of the Fabric Seam Tape is UV resistant, however, it should be monitored that the exposure should not go over 30 days. Before applying the Fabric Seam Tape, it should be inspected that the surface of the membrane where it is to be applied is clean, dry, and free of debris and contaminants. This adhesive tape is compatible with a numseveralrseal Membrane products. The product has a warranty period of 12 months; however, a 5-year material and system warranty extension can be made available upon request.
