It bonds the crumbling, chalky surfaces well and acts as a sealant, hence diminishing moisture or water absorbency considerably.The Sikagard-552 W Aqua Primer seals stucco, porous concrete, masonry, mortar, and other exterior finishing surfaces which require further coatings. It can be easily applied using a roller, brush, or airless spray. It is environment-friendly and contains very low VOC. It features water vapor permeability which allows the structures to breathe.
