Emecole 102 Urethane Foam provides low pressure injection of concrete cracks. Ideal for fixing leaking basement walls and foundation cracks.
Due to freeze and thaw cycles, the polyurethane foam offers flexible expansion and contraction after being cured. This polyurethane foam holds the capacity to expand itself by 20 times with the help of moisture and hence, helps in filling large voids in concrete pools, walls, floors, expansion joints, and more. It stops water infiltration and exfiltration by forming a closed-cell foam barrier. It is free of TDI and is suitable for use with both wet and dry substrates. It is widely used in repair work for fixing tunnels, dams, sewer lines, manholes, etc. The liquid does not expand in the mixer or tube set and can be heated in hot water for filling the hairline cracks. The VOC-compliant liquid offers a shear strength of 34 PSI and tensile strength of 150 PSI according to the ASTM C-273 and ASTM D-1623 tests respectively.
