One of the most economical options for quality silicone weathersealing, DOWSIL 791 Silicone Weatherproofing Sealant is a neutral-cure, one-part sealant that quickly cures to a durable, flexible seal that can accommodate significant joint movement. It is a silicone formulation that cures into a flexible and curable silicone rubber building joint seal.
Especially suited for perimeter sealing around doors and windows, it's also excellent for sealing expansion and control joints, precast concrete panels, curtainwall, mullion joints, and internal seals and end dams.
- Ideal for expansion, connection, perimeter, and other movement joints
- Neutral cure; suitable for use on coated glass, galvanized steel, masonry, and other porous and nonporous substrates
- Extension/compression movement capability of up to +100/-50 percent of the original joint width
- Excellent weatherability, virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, snow, ozone
