This simple chemical sealant may be caulked, knifed, or trowelled (standard cartridge or bulk loaded). Furthermore, SpecSeal LCI Sealant contains no PCBs or asbestos. When kept according to the manufacturer's recommendations, SpecSeal LCI Sealant is storage stable and will not split or shrink when dry (once applied as per the manufacturer's recommendations). SpecSeal LCI Sealant adheres to all standard construction and penetrant substances and does not include any solvents that might harm plastic pipes or wire jackets.
