The Tremco Paraseal Paragranular is an excellent granular sodium bentonite with high swelling features besides being a wyoming type
It creates a waterproofing layer or transition seal as soon as it comes in contact with water. It is usually used with Paraseal products for numerous purposes including filling voids, cracks, formation of coves at floor or wall transitions and more. This sodium bentonite is a waterproofing treatment used on the exterior to build a blockage or layer to prevent any contact of wet soil and the building. It enhances the durability and strength of the constructed building by avoiding any probable harm that might arise due to the absence of the same. The clay material expands when in contact with water and becomes suitable to fill cracks and voids
Paragranular is designed to work in conjunction with Paraseal products to form a waterproof transitional seal. It is used to form a cove at all horizontal to vertical transition, at floor/wall transitions and penetrations through horizontal surfaces, and to fill voids around irregularities. Saltwater grade Paragranular is also available upon request.
