STI AS205 Elastomeric Firestop Spray is used for slab edge/curtain wall conditions, head of wall – concrete fluted deck to gypsum wall, head of wall – concrete slab to a masonry wall, control/expansion joints (floor and wall), metallic pipes, and steel ducts. STI AS205R Elastomeric Firestop Spray is designed primarily for the protection of construction joints, curtainwall safing gaps, and certain through-penetrations. It is engineered to adhere to virtually all construction surfaces and may be applied using airless spray equipment or with a brush (for small uses or touch-ups).
STI AS205R Elastomeric Firestop Spray is the spray-applied product of choice for firestopping construction joints or gaps of all types. STI AS205R Elastomeric Firestop Spray has the flexibility required for construction joints and it dries to form a flexible shield against the propagation of flames and smoke.
