The single-component cement is applicable on dry and wet surfaces including underwater areas. This cement remains soft and pliable and resists temperature change. The asphalt-based cement is free of asbestos and is easily applicable on steel, brick, wood, aluminum, and other building substrates. Cement is widely used in construction, roofing, manufacturing, and industrial works. The cement contains solvents that may result in the crazing of plastic materials and is not suitable for use with single-ply membranes. It is easy to apply and offers enhanced performance when stored at room temperature for 24 hours. It is not suitable for use in potable water and areas that store and process food.
